Exceeded expectations

The Queen Room offered spaciousness and enjoyable decor that made for a pleasant stay. The bar area provided a cozy vibe to unwind after a day spent exploring, with a good selection of drinks.

On the downside, we ran into some cleanliness issues, such as rubbish left behind the TV and under the beds, with the shower not functioning properly on the second night. a broken window detracted from our comfort, as did the lack of tea and milk restocked during our stay, leaving us to request these from reception. There were also noise disturbances from outside the hotel, including sounds from bins and air conditioning units, impacting our sleep quality.

I appreciated the hotel's vibrant decor, which created a cheerful atmosphere. The spacious common areas were easily accessible, making it comfortable for seniors like me to enjoy relaxing moments after a long day. Staff were accommodating too!

More variety in breakfast options would be ideal.

Ideal spot for couples on a journey

We had a quiet night, that's for sure. The breakfast was decent and we managed to snag a comfortable sofa at the bar area, they really are nice for relaxing after a long drive.

Warm room, nice bar area

Stayed here for a couple of nights and it was kinda tough. The room was super warm, even after telling reception about it. It made sleep difficult, but at least the ladies at the front desk were friendly! The bar area was chill, a nice place to unwind. Just wish the heating issue was sorted out.

ibis styles is located right by the m1, making it super convenient for travel. the queen room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the staff were lovely and made us feel welcome. we also enjoyed the cozy bar area during our stay.

Great location, but some quirks

Just spent 2 nights with my group. Location was spot on and the parking was free, which is always a win! Check-in was quick and the breakfast was decent. But man, the shower was a mess! Water pressure was all over the place and the trash can in the bathroom? Total joke. I really expected better!
